Additional rapid-testing complex

07/02/2022 ו' אדר תשפ"ב

In order to alleviate congestion at testing complexes, the municipality has allocated a large parking lot for the construction of a new Drive-In testing complex.

Following the new directives issued by the government, there has been increased loads on supervised antigen testing complexes, which have become the main tool for diagnosing coronavirus in most of the population - people under 60. Added to this is the fact that the city of Modiin Maccabim has been a red city for ten days.

Mayor Haim Bibas toured the field with professionals, in order to examine the efficiency of existing complexes and the emerging needs in the city. Following the tour, it was decided that the municipality would allocate another large parking lot for the purpose of establishing an additional rapid test complex in the city, alongside the existing complexes.

The drive-in complex performs supervised antigen tests by the Ichilov Well company, which is recognized as an official body by the Ministry of Health.

The uniqueness of the complex is that it will operate 24 hours a day, which is expected to significantly alleviate congestion in the various complexes.
From 07:00 until 23:00 there is no need for early registration.
However, from 23:00 to 07:00 pre-registration only - click on the link.

Tests are free of charge to those with eligibility according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.

The complex will operate free of charge and will join rapid testing complexes located throughout the city.
