Modiin Maccabim Reut will host an innovative festival during the Succot holiday - right in the center of the city. A festival for the whole family that combines performing arts with advanced technology, from 11 to 13 October. Free admission.
The Succot “Sparks” festival for the whole family returns to Modiin Maccabim Reut, and promises to be the next hot, spectacular event.
The illuminated and innovative street festival will take place for three exciting evenings along the Central Avenue on Dam HaMaccabim Street, where there will be a fascinating combination of the performing arts (theatre, dance, acrobatics), advanced technology, effects, video projections, pyrotechnics, light displays and more.
Events include the PYROTERRA group from the Czech Republic making their debut Israel in a synchronized light and video juggling show; the premiere of a breathtaking video-mapping performance to be projected on the walls of the Hasmonean Heritage Museum; a show of looping and lasers onto one of the buildings in the center. Japanese kudo drums, an illuminated street party accompanied by an electronic set performed live, and many other performances, parades and surprises suitable for all ages, from children to adults. Without a doubt it is going to be the highlight of Succot! Entrance is free.
