The facility will also be used for large cultural events.

The total cost of building the stadium, including development work, is estimated at approximately 150 million shekels..

Alongside the stadium, a new multi-purpose sports hall will also be built, with approximately 2,600 seats, which will host basketball, handball and other cultural events, a move that will strengthen Modi'in Maccabim Reut's status as a significant regional sports center.
