The municipal association 'Sachalbim' inaugurated two new activity centers: an arts center on Adar Street and a martial arts center on Nahal Zohar Street. These centers offer classes for children, youth and adults in various fields.
At the beginning of the week, Sachlabim inaugurated two new class centers. The Art Center is a center for art classes for children, youth and adults located on 23 Adar Street. The center will hold diverse classes for the cultivation of creativity, which will allow exposure and work with different materials while improving personal expression skills, under professional guidance and close escort.
Among other things, the participants will enjoy classes in drawing and sketching with pencils, charcoal, chalk, painting with gouache, water colors and Panda, along with professional and experiential courses and workshops in a variety of other materials.
The second center opened is a martial arts center that combines 3 martial arts in one place and offers classes and professional training for children, youth and adults in judo, Krav Maga, kickboxing and Thai boxing. Training is with the best trainers to strengthen physical fitness, personal development, self-defense ability and strengthening self and personal confidence.
The center will include three veteran and professional clubs operating in the city: the chok dee club for Thai boxing and kickboxing with Israeli champion athletes who are ranked amongst the best in the world, the high-achieving judo club, the "Judo way" which emphasizes discipline, posture, mutual respect and values, as well as the contact fight club X-ARTS, the trainer for dealing with complex attack situations such as fighting while standing, on the ground, attacking with weapons, against a skilled and unskilled fighter.
The two new centers join a series of new activity centers inaugurated by Sachlabim in the last two years, including a computer and digital center, an English excellence center, a cooking center, a chess center, an arts center, as well as a dedicated class center for parents, children, toddlers and babies - "Sachlabim for the Little Ones".
