Just before Shabbat we were informed of the fall of Sgt. Major Alon Kudriashov, a fighter in the Egoz commando unit.
His funeral will take place today, Sunday 31.3.24, at 16:30. Residents of the city are invited to join a chain of flags in the streets to honor Alon on his last journey.
Sgt. Major Alon Kudriashov z"l, 21, a fighter in the Egoz commando unit, was killed fighting in the Gaza Strip.
Alon, a graduate of Ironi Alef High school, son of Kira and Sergey, brother to Keren, was talented, strong, quiet and beloved by all.
The funeral will take place today, at 16:30 at the military cemetery in Modi'in.
Residents of Modi'in Maccabim Reut are invited to join a chain of flags that will accompany the funeral cortege that will leaving Alon's house on Shoshanat HaAmakim Street at 16:00.

Shoshanat HaAmakem, Shir HaShirim, Tse'elon, Emek Ayalon, Crossing the Emek ayalon to Yuval School, back to Emek Ayalon, Klil Horesh, Holmes Place Circle, Emek Dotan, Arar, Ficus, Ma'ar Dam HaMaccabim through the Ironi Alef School, Zechariah HaNavi, Emek HaElah, Yehuda HaMaccabi, Sderot Hareches, to the military cemetery.
Come with the Israeli flags and stand along the route to honor Alon on his last journey.
