Yoga training has opened to the public, for the 7th year running. And for the first time, Rio Abierto is also offered, led by the Health Department.
The beloved "Yoga in the Park" returns to the Fish Park, and all you have to do is bring a mat or mattress. This is the seventh year that the activity has been held, led by the Health Department in the municipality and the Ministry of Health's national "Efshari Bari" program, with the aim of encouraging a healthy lifestyle and making it accessible to all residents, free of charge.
The activities are delivered with professional guidance adapted to all levels and ages, including a children's yoga area. In addition, a Rio Abierto area for children will be open, which encourages movement, guided imagination and dance.
Every Sunday from 4.5 to 27.7, between 18:30-19:30 at the Fish Park, on Emek Jezreel. Admission is free.
