The work to upgrade Emek HaHula Blvd (south) on the odd-numbered side of the road continues on Sunday, June 7, and includes scrubbing and levelling the road. The work is being carried out in stages, throughout the day, and temporary traffic arrangements will apply.
The extensive municipal program to improve infrastructure continues in full force. This week, phase two of the work on Emek HaHula Blvd (south) was completed. This is a continuation of the upgrade work that was completed on the northern part and the even-numbered side of the street.
The current road is being scrubbed and re-paved, for travellers from west to east on the odd-numbered side. The work will take place, as always, in stages, to make it as easy as possible for the residents of the neighborhood, so that only in the sections where the work is being carried out will temporary traffic arrangements apply.
The third phase of the work begins next week, Sunday, June 7th at 9:00 AM and will continue until Friday, June 12th at 9:00 AM. As part of the work, Emek HaHula South will be closed to traffic from the Nehar HaYarden intersection opposite house number 71 (excluding the intersection) to the Nahal Tzin-Ginat Hula intersection in front of the amphitheater opposite house number 53 (including the intersection). The crossing of Emek HaHula between Emek HaHula North opposite house number 52 and Emek HaHula South opposite house number 53 will be closed to traffic. Nehar HaYarden intersection will remain open, but there will be no left turns to Emek HaHula South. Those traveling on Nahal Tzin to the Emek Hula/Nahal Tzin intersection will be allowed to turn right to Emek HaHula South.

The Nahal Paran intersection and the Nahal Paran cross-valley between Emek HaHula numbers 8-17 will be closed and opened alternately, depending on the progress of the work.
When the Nahal Paran intersection is closed, Nahal Paran Street will be a dead end at the Emek HaHula South-Nahal Paran intersection. Those approaching the Nahal Paran intersection from the west will be allowed to turn right onto Nahal Paran Street.
The work will continue throughout the day, including at night. At any stage of the work, parking in the parking bays is prohibited, and access to the parking lots of the buildings where the work will take place will not be allowed.
