A new digital system on the municipality's website will allow business owners to submit applications, renew licenses, make changes to ownership, and track the licensing process in real time.
Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut Municipality is launching another digital innovation in its service for business owners in the city: a new online business licensing system, designed to streamline the relationship between business owners and the municipality, reduce bureaucracy, and enable simpler, more transparent, and more convenient management of the licensing process. The system is available through the municipality's website and is also connected to the government website’s personal area.
Using the new system, a variety of actions can be performed online, including opening an application for a new business license, renewing an existing license, changing ownership, and making changes to the business structure. In addition, you can view the license status and track updates from the approving authorities throughout the process.
One of the main advantages of the system is the digital support it provides to the business owner throughout the submission stages. The system automatically adjusts the requirements to the type of license required, so that the business owner is required to submit only the relevant information and can know at each stage what is required of him later.
The system is synchronized with the government identification system and regulatory bodies and allows transparent real-time monitoring of the status of the application and the various stages of the approval process. It also allows information and inquiries to be submitted online and receive a response as part of the process, without the need to manage correspondence and paperwork outside the system.
The city's Licensing and Business Promotion Department emphasizes that the new system is part of continuing to improve service to businesses in the city, while expanding online services and making municipal processes more accessible, efficient and transparent.
